Fourth Blog Post Assignment

October 15, 2009

Class -

As I mentioned today, the only “blog” assignment is to come to class next Tuesday with the following:

1. Home address

2. Emergency contact phone number

3. Social Security number

4. Name and dosing information for any medication you are taking.

This information will stay PRIVATE and is not to be shared with anyone in class, but rather is going to be homework to memorize by next Thursday.
